a few days after the Christie's show, me and ko went to ifc to check out the Parade by Picasso. it's a stage curtain with 10.52 meters high and 16.2 meters wide, so it's quite a sight inside ifc. they had to seal all the windows nearby and tuned down the light so as to protect the curtain from too much light. it was really like being in a theatre.
this curtain was borrowed from the Centre Pompidou, speaking of which, the most vivid memory of Centre Pompidou would be felix spinnng the Bicycle Wheel by Marcel Duchamp, the red roses in the Restaurant Georges at level 6, and of coz our strolling thou the magic little rooms.
also, i have to thank mike for bringing me this book, Centre Georges Pompidou Paris for he was there in ifc reporting the Parade event.
