Central Market, Phnom Penh

inside

the roof

at the last day, we went to shop at Russian Market first, we strolled through the little aisles and searched for pretty silver necklaces, bracelets and pendants.... also clothes... bags.... silverwares.. etc.... things there are fabulous and cheap (ok, not as cheap as thai) we totally forgot about the incredible hot weather and the fact that we were under the stuffy tents

then we moved on shopping at the Central Market, where the booths will soon be moved out for a renovation project. they still have silver accessories there but it's mainly for the local people to shop for daily necessity. we were less interested in this market but the root really amazed us

our pizza and nachos grandee at FCC

view from FCC

we finally settled down at FCC in the river side, it's a multi-storey bar and restaurant whatever... it got a very nice view of the river

another beloved little boutique

happy gallery

happy monk, stef

we went to the river side in Phnom Penh and searched for a drink, on the way, we discovered this Happy Gallery by Stef which we'd seen in the domestic airport (which was then a little corner), the girls headed in and bought a few happy t-shirts and tanks~!! by the way, they use Gap t-shirt

the yummiest soup in the trip!! it's less sour and spicy than Tong Yum Kong, (i dunno if it's called Tom Ka Gai) i was thinking if i can guess the ingredients from the photo and re-make it, seems impossible......
